If we decide to proceed, the planning relationship begins with a defined scope, transparent expectations, and a steady framework for what comes next.

Once engaged, vendor selection follows a deliberate and curated process.

Rather than presenting endless options, I identify a short list of professionals aligned with your priorities, investment level, and aesthetic. You will typically receive 2–3 well-matched options per category.

Once selections are made, contracts are reviewed thoroughly and payment schedules are structured and managed accordingly. Every agreement is approached with care so you understand what you are signing and how funds are allocated.

Throughout the planning period, communication is managed, timelines are tracked, and financial flow is monitored to ensure nothing is overlooked.

As the celebration approaches, logistics are finalized and confirmed. Vendor communication, payment tracking, and contract compliance are reviewed to support seamless execution.

A day-of coordinator is in place, documentation and transition are handled with clarity to ensure continuity.

Dedicated on-site support is available when additional oversight or personal assistance is desired.

This role is intentionally designed to provide steady presence beyond the responsibilities of a traditional coordinator.

On-site support may include:

• Discreet coordination of vendor gratuities
• Oversight of deliveries and time-sensitive logistics
• Personal assistance for the couple throughout the day
• Companion support for elderly or mobility-limited guests (non-medical)
