    If we decide to move forward together, the planning relationship begins with a defined agreement and a structured planning approach.

  • Vendor selection follows a thoughtful and curated process.

    Rather than overwhelming couples with endless options, I identify a small group of professionals whose work aligns with the vision, guest experience, and investment level of the celebration. Couples typically receive two to three carefully selected options per category.

    Once selections are made, contracts are reviewed together and payment schedules are organized so every agreement is clearly understood.

  • Throughout the planning process, vendor communication is coordinated, planning timelines are monitored, and financial flow is organized to ensure nothing is overlooked.

    As the celebration approaches, final logistical details are reviewed and vendors are prepared for the event.

    Wedding day timeline execution is typically handled by the venue coordinator or designated event coordinator, allowing my role to remain focused on the planning logistics that support the celebration.
