I entered the wedding industry through venue ownership after my sister’s wedding at William Allen Farm. Watching that celebration unfold — how the space held people and how every detail contributed to the experience — changed the way I thought about weddings.
Not long after, I became the owner of William Allen Farm, and over time began working closely with couples and vendors week after week.
Through those experiences I found myself naturally drawn to the logistical side of planning — vendor coordination, contracts, timelines, and the careful organization required for a celebration to run smoothly.
That work eventually became the foundation of Wedding Logistics of Maine.

The work behind the scenes
As a venue owner, I have worked alongside hundreds of weddings and built strong relationships with vendors across Maine.
That experience provided a clear understanding of where celebrations succeed — and where they can quietly unravel if planning logistics are overlooked.
One of my greatest strengths is seeing the full picture: identifying the right professionals, coordinating their efforts, and ensuring that every piece of the celebration supports the overall experience.
My role is not to control every detail, but to build the structure that allows each professional involved to do their work well.
How I Work
Wedding Logistics of Maine grew naturally from this experience.
My focus is the organizational side of planning — vendor research, contract oversight, payment coordination, timelines, and the preparation required to support a seamless celebration.
Alongside this work, I continue to own and operate William Allen Farm, a Maine wedding venue.
Some couples work with me solely as their venue owner. Others invite me into the planning process as their logistics planner. Some combine both.
While couples hosting their wedding at William Allen Farm receive a preferred planning rate, Wedding Logistics of Maine works with couples planning weddings at venues throughout the state.
No matter how we work together, the goal remains the same: calm planning, thoughtful preparation, and celebrations that unfold naturally.
