02 · FOR THE DAY ITSELFWedding Day Concierge
Starting at $3,500–$5,000, depending on the size of your day — one full-day package, with me on-site from getting ready until I’m no longer needed. Additional staffing, when needed, is folded into your Concierge Fee.

Two roles, one flawless day
What I do
I bring together the vendor team — the artists and professionals who are the very best at what they do — and make sure every right player is in place. I manage the contracts and the payments so nothing slips. And then, from the first conversation through the final reconciliation, I act as a personal assistant to your family and to every vendor on the team. Think of me as the general contractor on a house, or the stage manager of a play: I hold the whole picture while every vendor does the specific job they do best.
What your wedding coordinator does
Your wedding coordinator is the detail person: the timeline, the cues, the placement, the pacing. On the day, they are the one making sure everything unfolds exactly as planned, without a hitch. Chosen and placed by me from the very start — because the day deserves someone whose only job is the day.
