Three Ways to Work Together
Full Service Planning
From the first conversation to the final reconciliation.
You're starting from the beginning and want someone to guide the entire process. Kate learns exactly what you want, then builds a custom team of independent vendors around your vision and budget. She manages every payment on your behalf, keeps all the moving pieces aligned from start to finish, and can review contracts before you sign them — so you can focus on enjoying your engagement.
Kate's approach goes beyond matching vendors to a budget. She takes the time to understand each couple's priorities and vision — and finds the professionals who are truly the right fit for them, not just the right price point.
As part of that team, Kate hires a professional day of coordinator on your behalf — and unlike a typical day of coordinator, they're involved from the very beginning. From the moment contracts are signed, your coordinator has full access to your planning file alongside you and Kate, so they know every detail, every vendor, and every decision before the wedding day ever arrives. Two experienced professionals, fully aligned, making sure nothing gets missed.
Includes:
Vendor research, vetting, and selection
Contract review upon request
Payment management on your behalf
Ongoing vendor communication and coordination
Budget tracking
Professional day of coordinator hired and embedded from the start
Final post-wedding reconciliation
Ideal for: Couples who want professional guidance and a fully coordinated team from the very beginning of the planning process.
Investment: $3500 base + 8% of total wedding budget
Wedding Management Takeover
You planned it. We take it from here.
You started planning your wedding with excitement — and somewhere along the way it became a second job. The vendor emails, the contracts, the payment deadlines, the details that keep multiplying — it's more than you expected and you're ready to hand it off to someone who knows exactly what they're doing.
Maybe you have most of your vendors in place. Maybe you're still figuring some of it out. Either way, Kate steps in wherever you are, reviews everything you have, identifies what's missing, and takes over the coordination from that point forward — bringing an experienced eye to every decision still ahead of you.
If you don't already have a day of coordinator, Kate will help you find and secure the right one — a professional who joins your vendor team and is embedded in your planning file from the point of takeover, ensuring two experienced sets of eyes on everything through the end.
Includes:
Full review of existing vendor agreements
Contract review upon request
Identification of gaps or outstanding logistics
Takeover of all vendor communication
Vendor payment management on your behalf
Budget tracking
Day of coordinator sourcing if not already in place
Final post-wedding reconciliation
Ideal for: Couples who have started planning but are overwhelmed by the moving pieces and want an experienced professional to take over the coordination and see it through to the end.
Investment: $1,500 base + 6% of total wedding budget
Wedding Day Concierge
The people you love, cared for.
Your wedding day is carefully planned — but once the day arrives, someone still needs to take care of the people in it. Wedding Day Concierge is personal, hands-on support focused entirely on the experience of the day itself — not vendor management or timelines, but the human details that make the difference between a stressful day and a truly enjoyable one.
Concierge services are available as a standalone service — you don’t need to be a Wedding Logistics of Maine planning client to book them.
Kate offers four levels of concierge support, from dedicated one-on-one companionship for an elderly or mobility-limited guest, to full-day coverage for the couple, families, and wedding party. Every level is customized to what you actually need.
Services may include:
Food and essentials delivered during preparation
Last minute errands and unexpected needs handled
Personal support for parents, immediate family, and/or bridal party.
One on one companionship for an elderly or mobility-limited guest
Ideal for: Couples who want someone dedicated entirely to them or to the people they love on their wedding day — so no one in their circle has to manage a single detail.
Investment: $600 - $7,500+ depending on level and services needed
