Wedding Day Concierge
Personal support for you, your family, and your guests throughout your wedding day.
Your wedding day is carefully planned — but once the day arrives, someone still needs to take care of the people in it. Wedding Day Concierge is personal, hands-on support focused entirely on the experience of the day itself — not vendor management or timelines, but the human details that make the difference between a stressful day and a truly enjoyable one.
This is not wedding coordination. Kate is not managing vendors or running the timeline — that's your coordinator's job. Kate is focused entirely on the people.
Concierge services are available as a standalone service — you don't need to be a Wedding Logistics of Maine planning client to book them.
Concierge Services
-
Full-day, high-touch support for the couple, their families, and select guests.
$4,500 - $7,500+
The most comprehensive level of concierge support, designed for couples who want the entire day handled on a personal level so that no one in their immediate circle is responsible for a single detail. Coverage begins during preparation and continues through the end of the reception.
Because Kate is there from start to finish, Full Wedding Concierge includes something the other tiers can't — dedicated management of personal belongings throughout the entire day. Phones, purses, and personal items for the couple and immediate family are kept safe and accounted for, and at the end of the night Kate makes sure everyone has everything they need before they leave.
During the reception, Kate's focus shifts primarily to the couple — making sure they actually get their dinner, their cake, and their drinks, and that the personal details they've looked forward to don't slip by unnoticed in the blur of the day. Regular check ins with parents and immediate family throughout the reception ensure no one feels forgotten.
Includes:
Full-day concierge coverage from preparation through end of reception
Food and refreshment support for the wedding party during preparation only
Personal errands and last-minute needs throughout the day
Safe management of personal belongings for the couple and immediate family throughout the day
Vendor gratuity management and distribution

-
Extended support for the couple and their immediate family and wedding party during preparation.
$2,200 - $4,200+
For couples who want support extended beyond themselves to include their parents, immediate family, and wedding party during the preparation portion of the day. This allows the people closest to you to remain present and relaxed rather than managing details behind the scenes.
Service concludes once vendor gratuities have been distributed, which typically takes place just before or around the start of the ceremony.
Includes:
Everything included in Couple Concierge
Food and refreshment support for the wedding party and/or immediate family during preparation
Support for parents, immediate family, and/or wedding party during preparation
Additional errands or support needs prior to the ceremony

-
Focused support for the couple during the getting-ready portion of the day.
$1,200 - $1,800+
Designed for couples who want a calm, supported start to their wedding day without distractions or logistical interruptions. This service takes the place of friends and family needing to fulfill personal assistance roles — so the people you love can simply enjoy the day alongside you rather than working it.
Service concludes once vendor gratuities have been distributed, which typically takes place just before or around the start of the ceremony.
Includes:
Early-day concierge support during getting ready
Delivery of food and refreshments to the couple
Running last-minute errands for the couple
Assistance with personal needs during preparation
Discreet distribution of vendor gratuities
Please note: This service is focused exclusively on the couple. It does not include support for family members, parents, or the wedding party. If you would like support extended to those individuals, please see Family & Wedding Party Concierge.

$600+ | Up to 4 hours, 4 hour minimum charge regardless of early departure | $150 per additional hour
This service ensures that an elderly or mobility-limited guest is comfortable, included, and fully able to enjoy the day — without placing that responsibility on family members who should be celebrating alongside you.
This service can begin at the ceremony or the reception depending on the needs of your guest and family.
Service concludes once the accompanied guest departs or as otherwise arranged in advance.
Includes:
Personal assistance throughout the event
Accompaniment throughout the venue
Support with seating, food, and movement throughout the day
A consistent, calm presence for the duration of coverage
Please note: Transportation is not provided. This service does not include medical care, medical assistance, or bathroom needs.
Please note: Concierge services are focused exclusively on personal support for people. They do not include wedding planning or coordination, vendor management, timeline oversight, venue setup or breakdown, cleaning, childcare, medical assistance, or transportation. Services during the reception are limited to support arranged and agreed upon in advance. Additional day-of requests will be considered based on staffing availability and the circumstances of the moment, but cannot be guaranteed. Any responsibilities related to the flow of the wedding day remain with the day of coordinator and vendors.
You Can Trust Me With Your Loved One. Here’s Why.
-Regarding Elderly and Mobility-Limited Guests-
Providing this type of support is not something I approach casually. It comes from real, lived experience.
I spent years as a primary caregiver, including caring for my late husband, who was a quadriplegic, as well as supporting others with mobility and daily care needs.
These experiences have shaped how I approach this work — quietly, attentively, and with an understanding of what people actually need in the moment.
When you entrust a loved one to my care for the day, you can do so knowing this is not unfamiliar territory for me.
